I bought a used car from the dealership. A 2018 Audi s4. Price was ok, dealer fees and add ons seemed a bit excessive. Especially considering the “reconditioning fee” which is a bunch of flat out BS.
They sloppily refinished some curb rash on the rims, and claimed they reconditioned the interior, replace the cabin, air filter, etc… which is funny because it takes 5 minutes to replace yet this is the “new cabin air filter”.

What a great experience we had last night. Max worked hard to get our business and he succeeded by being caring, thoughtful and listening to what we needed in a car.
